 | What is a RN assessment: It involves combining information through a questionnaire, | |
| direct observation and medical exam to reach an accurate knowledge base of abilities and health. It is made through careful consideration and structured interviewing by Priscilla. It will document, in detail current status in medical condition, physical social, psychological function and any complex needs or changes. All this information will be viewed by a doctor and utilized during consultation for medical release to travel. |
| What is Packing Assistance: Assistance in packing will include a care-giver coming to | |
| the clients home to assist in organizing, selecting and packing appropriate clothing. This will also be an opportunity for the client and care-giver to get to know one another and allow time for personal shopping if additional items are needed. All clothing, luggage, wheelchair and walkers will be labeled and color coded. All items will be carefully treated and attended to by each care-giver. |

| Why do you need a Doctor's Clearance: This helps Travel with Angels provide full | |

| How do you choose a caregiver: Priscilla takes the time to interview and assess the | |
| client. Once the assessment is complete she will review the available caregivers and provide the best match available to meet clients medical and physical needs. |
| Would I be able to travel with my parent: We can assist you in making the travel | |
| arrangements to travel with your family but it serves the families better if a private caregiver is available for the client. |
| How much do these vacations cost: The cost will vary from trip to trip. What will | |
| always remain the same is the breakdown of the cost. The breakdown of the cost include the cost of travel for the caregiver and client, the cost of food for caregiver and client, the cost of activities for the caregiver and client, 24 hour care, and a the travel with angels service fee that includes the RN assessment and director of the vacation. We provide our clients with quality and service within an all inclusive vacation so the cost enables us to provide the excellence you will require for yourself or family member. |
